This is how we started our 2015...
Plan trip ni since November 2014 tapi plan gitu-gitu jer.. No.1 place of interest is Adam's Peak. Nak ke Sri Lanka ni memerlukan VISA yang kita boleh buat online cost USD30. Flight plak naik Air Asia...ni yang cuak ni..sebab few days before fly, flight Air Asia QZ8501 terhempas di Perairan Belitung Timur #prayforQZ8501.
Our trip is a very short trip, pergi on 1st January balik Malaysia 4th Jan. Sebab cuti cuti yang ada kitaorang nak gunakan tuk trip yang akan datang..
Colombo - Delhousie - Galle - Colombo
Both of us prefer to use public transport as we can explore more things/culture etc...Dah google train bagai tuk kesana...
Tetapi kita merancang Allah yang menentukan ...plan ni terpaksa dibubarkan sebab heavy flood kat Colombo, train semua cuti sementara kalau tak percaya cer google pasal Colombo banjir....kang orang tolong mangsa banjir di pantai timur tapi kitaorang tolong mangsa banjir kat Sri Lanka plak...baru betul June & Boom goes International hahaha...

Sri Lanka International Airport to Adam's Peak at Delhousie. It took us approximately 6 hours to get there.We paid Rp40000 (MYR1200) for 4 days..sewa dgn driver sekali sebab train takde due to heavy rain and flood kat area Colombo ni. Can get cheaper price kalau kongsi-kongsi naik van dengan tourist yang kat luar tu..tapi jenuh plak kitorang nak buat announcement kat situ.
Kitorang stay kat motel nama Achinika Holiday Inn (Holiday Inn sangatttt) - one of the nearest starting point to Adam's Peak. Kitorang tak gunakan guide untuk panjat Adam's Peak sebab ni macam musim Haji tuk penganut Buddha..so ramai orang akan pergi ke arah yang sama. So kalau ikut-ikutkan kami berdua dah Hajjah..(gurauuuuu)

Okay let me give a brief intro regarding Adam's Peak :
The mountain features a rock formation that is considered as the footprint of Buddha for Buddhist, Shiva for Hindu and Adam for Muslims and Christians.
For Muslims and Christians, this is the place where Adam first set foot on earth after being cast out of heaven. And we are lucky, as this is the pilgrim season for the Buddhist.
Tapi, ada yang berpendapat bahawa Nabi Adam mula-mula diturunkan di India..

Woke up at 1.30am to climb Adam's Peak (dalam hati dah start menyesal hehe) Adam's Peak is about 2240ft and it contains about 5500 stairs..mampussss.Managed to climb there within 4 hours. Tempat ni macam kat Cameron...sejuk..
Ramai orang orang tua yang turut panjat sekali as this is Musim Haji (pilgrim) tuk dorang. We dont need a guide to go to Adam's Peak as everyone is heading at the same place.

Start nak turun tu sampe abis trip, azab betul kitorang berjalan..especially nak turun tangga. Sambil turun sambil tahan sakit sambil gelak sambil maki...hahahaha. Punya la seksa. Time turun tu tengok ada orang naik, kitorang gelak2 sambil cakap 'We feel u bro' 'Almost there'..hahahaha.

Lepas Adam's Peak kitorang pergi ke Galle, yeayyyy...cantik tempat ni. Delhousie to Galle another 6 hours of journey (menggunakan highway..toll is calculated separately). We stayed at Millenium Rest Hotel..hotel bersih and free wifi :)
We arrived at Galle around 6:30 pm..below is the Sunset view from the Beach
Galle ni antara tempat yang dilanda tsunami dengan teruknyer pada 2004 (10th year anniversary). Galle is a small town that is similar to Melaka Town.

Day 3 Galle/Unawatuna to Colombo
Woke up at 5:30 to watch the sunrise at the beach at their Sunrise is at 6:15 am - Galle Beach
Dalam pukul 8 pagi, driver tu amik kitaorang tuk pergi ke Unawatuna Beach which is 3km away from Galle - Its the 10th Anniversary - Tsunami.
From Unawatuna to Colombo about 3 hours ikut highway, Kat Colombo kita stay kat dorm - Cityrest Fort.
Sampai jer kat hotel kitaorang terus naik tuk tuk pergi merayau kat town tuk mencari makanan..the nearest makanan halal adalah bersebelahan ODEL (its a shopping complex) naik tuk tuk bayar Rp200. Tempat makan ni adalah halal dan harganyer agak berpatutan.
